Foot Care Matters!
Foot care is extremely important, these ankle circles are a quick and easy movement that anybody can do. They can be done, as shown, by crossing one leg (greater stretch), or the ankle circles can be done seated, without crossing the legs. This simple movement promotes blood flow into the lower extremities and the feet, and will benefit anybody, with a particular benefit to those who have had hip or knee injuries or those who are diabetics. This movement is also commonly used to prevent blood clots in the lower extremities, in addition to minimizing ankle swelling.
